Using a combination of energy work, acupressure, & bodywork techniques, Thai massage balances the body’s energy flow leaving you feeling refreshed & rejuvenated. It can be, especially, effective for athletic/active individuals to boost performance & prevent injury. It is also extremely useful for stress relief/management, as well as pain, tightness, stiffness. You are fully clothed.
Using a customized essential oil blend suited to the client's needs, Traditional Thai Massage is combined with Ayurvedic & Swedish massage techniques to promote balanced energy flow, deep calm & increased sense of wellbeing. With relaxation as the primary focus, Thai-style techniques can be used to apply deeper pressure as needed.

Lisa Tai is a healing & creative artist who offers various holistic modalities to support optimal mental, emotional, physical & spiritual wellbeing. A teacher & student of Yoga & movement, she is inspired by & inspires others through yoga-based practices, writing, dance, and authentic self-expression. As a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Lisa is passionate about helping others, especially with intentional rest and self-care, which led her to become a Thai Massage Practitioner, Holistic Nutritionist, Holistic Esthetician, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Reiki Practitioner.
Lisa is a sensitive and intuitive guide who creates a supportive and safe environment for meditation, self-observation & healing. She sees mindfulness as a vehicle for transformation & promotes the integration of ancient practices & ritual in modern times to manage mental health, stress, anxiety, depression.
As a Women’s Studies graduate of York University, she is committed to supporting women, particularly BIWOC (Black, Indigineous & Women of Colour). A woman of Afro-Asian Caribbean descent, she highly values representation & the principles of inclusion, diversity & accessibility.
