CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

For Tuesday appointments, cancellations must be made on Sunday between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

Appointment times are highly sought after. Missed appointments result in lost income for our team. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our practitioners’ time.

LATE ARRIVALS

Appointments are booked back-to-back. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may be shortened due to time constraints. Full service charges will apply.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• All retail products are final sale.
• Exchanges only are permitted on products, subject to approval.
