Sauna sessions include: Infrared sauna, shower, towel service, Tulsi tea and filtered water.
Cold Plunge and LED Red Light Therapy add-ons are available for Suite 1.
Sauna sessions are available in 30 or 50 minute options.

Alternating between our infrared sauna's invigorating warmth and brisk rejuvenation of our cold plunge tub. The dynamic contrast enhances circulation, reduces muscle soreness and offers both physical and mental rejuvenation.

The LED Red Light Therapy Add-on will be available soon.
Cold Plunge is not available for Suite 2.
