BROW MICROBLADING BOOKING POLICY

Due to the lengthy appointment times of the eyebrow microblading service, it is important that guests follow our strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

How to proceed with booking:

$113 will be charged over the phone at the time of your appointment booking. This cost is to cover your consultation on the day of the service as well as act as a deposit to secure your booking. If the guest does not show or cancels within 24 hours of the appointment the deposit will not be refunded and an additional deposit will be taken if the guest re-books.

If you can no longer attend the appointment, 24 hours notice must be given in order to receive the full refund. This 24 hour cancellation notice must be given over the phone to a Ritual front-of-house employee.

Deposit Protocol:

On the day of your booking, the deposit will be taken off your account and the remainder balance must be paid.

Consult:  $50

Microblading:  $500

Mandatory 4 - 6 week touch up:  $0 (the touch up is included in the total price)

Touch Ups:

If a guest no-shows or cancels their appointment within 24 hrs of their touch up appointment time a $100 no show/cancellation charge will apply.

If a guest would like to book a second touch up appointment after their original booking a $350 charge will apply. A deposit of $113 will be taken to secure your touch up appointment.

** Please note that we recommend a minimum of 6 months for a secondary touch up **

Same booking procedure applies for touch up as the initial service.
